70 Years of Moravian Karst Protected Landscape - Bertalánka Cave — Pustý žleb, Blansko

Bertalánka Cave offers a family-friendly tour through natural underground passages without concrete walkways or tourist lighting. Each participant receives a helmet, headlamp, and coveralls. The route includes narrow crawlways (minimum 50 × 50 cm), movement on all fours, crawling, and a 5-meter ladder climb (with safety rope available). The cave maintains a constant temperature of around 10 °C.

The route is suitable for families with children from age 4. Tours run every hour from 10:00 to 17:00, in any weather.

The cave is located near Punkevní Caves, close to the lower station of the Macocha cable car. From the Skalní Mlýn car park, you can reach the entrance on foot or by tourist train - allow approximately 30 minutes of walking.
