2026 will be a year of great discovery at the botanical garden. Plant Odyssey traces the intricate history of plant evolution from the earliest forms of life to the diverse species we see today.

About the venue: Letní kino Troja

The open-air cinema in Prague's Botanical Garden runs every Friday and Saturday throughout August. Screenings take place in the lower part of the garden, in the Stráň exposition behind Café Ornament. The programme mixes Czech and international films, each evening preceded by a short from the EKOFILM environmental film festival. Deckchairs and benches are provided, and refreshments are available at the café and a beer stand.
