In a flooded village where residents desperately resist rising waters, the story of Marko unfolds - a young man building his own dam around his heart to hold back the flood of emotions he once shared with his childhood friend Slaven. Three years ago, Slaven suddenly disappeared to Berlin without saying goodbye. When he returns now for his father's funeral, memories surface with him - old love, suppressed longing.

Their relationship, once forbidden and painfully interrupted, comes alive again - weighed down by family expectations, social taboos, and relentless nature. In a village ravaged by flood, Marko tries to contain what overwhelms him from within. But emotions - like water - always find a way.
