Miloš Knor - A Different Time

Miloš Knor brings his new stand-up show Jiná doba to České Budějovice on Friday, 18 September 2026 at the DK Metropol community hall on Senovážné náměstí. This is one of nine Czech dates on his tour. The Metropol hall, which opened in 1971, holds up to 800 spectators in theatre-style seating and ranks among the largest venues in the city's cultural centre. The ninety-minute show takes a humorous look at civilizational progress - how the world changed without mobile phones, what old-fashioned analogue arguments meant, or whether eco-fascism might save us. Knor asks whether things were better then, are better now, or will be better in the future. The show is suitable for audiences aged 18 and over.
