Petr Švancara brings his new comedy show Já su já to Hradec Králové on Friday, December 4, 2026, at the Velký sál of Adalbertinum. This performance is one of nine dates across the Czech Republic. The Velký sál occupies a Neo-Renaissance building from 1895-97, designed by architect František Hellman and now a protected cultural monument. The show draws on stories from Švancara's football and personal life, behind-the-scenes tales from television programs, and encounters with audiences. He recounts his early football days, appearances in popular TV shows, and other experiences that form the substance of his new entertainment production.

About the venue: Adalbertinum, Velký sál

The Velký sál (Great Hall) is the main hall of Adalbertinum, a neo-Renaissance civic building in Hradec Králové designed by architect František Hellman and completed in 1897. Originally built as a Catholic association house, the building has been a protected cultural monument since 1958 and is run by the city's cultural and educational company. The first-floor hall seats up to 440 and hosts concerts, balls, theatre performances and congresses, with a bar just outside its entrance.
