Burlesque Workshop with Fallka La Coquine

Do you want to try burlesque but don't know where to start? This unique workshop for beginners is designed for you, guiding you through the first steps into a world of elegance, femininity, and self-confident expression.

The workshop is led by international burlesque performer and instructor Fallka La Coquine. In her work, she combines elegance, playfulness, and the art of seduction, which she shares with women of all ages with ease and respect. During the workshop, you will learn the basics of burlesque movement, body posture, gestures, and expression. You will discover how simple techniques can help you appear more confident, relaxed, and have plenty of fun in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Age, body shape, and dance experience don't matter. Burlesque is not about perfection-it's about the joy of self-expression. The programme includes burlesque technique and choreography basics, elegant movement and work with feminine energy, building confidence and stage presence, tips and insights from a professional performer, and an inspiring environment full of support and good vibes.

The workshop takes place in the enchanting spaces of Cabaret des Péchés, an iconic Brno cabaret that combines a bar, theatre stage, and the worlds of burlesque, variety, and other artistic genres. Places are limited. Register in advance-registration is open until 27 July.

Schedule: 10:30 Welcome and welcome drink, 10:30-11:00 Introduction to burlesque and warm-up, 11:00-12:00 Burlesque lesson.

What to bring: comfortable and sexy clothing in which you feel pleasant and attractive; clean dance shoes or other footwear, preferably with a heel.
