This PechaKucha takes place as part of the Theatre Festival and entry is free.
PechaKucha [peča kuča] Night is a format of evenings where creatives from various fields meet on stage - architects and urban planners, designers and graphic artists, visual artists and theorists, theatre makers and filmmakers, musicians, creative producers, representatives of gastronomy and event organizers.
The project was created in 2003 by architects Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham (Klein Dytham Architecture) based in Tokyo. Japanese minimalism also inspires the presentation format: each speaker has exactly 20 slides and can speak for only 20 seconds per slide - hence the designation 20x20.
