A short procession of May revellers will depart from Vzlet at 16:30 heading to Čechovo náměstí, where at 17:00 they will dance the Czech beseda. After the music, the group will return to Vzlet, where from 18:00 onwards a gathering with live music awaits.

About the venue: Vzlet

Vzlet is a multifunctional cultural centre in the Vršovice district of Prague 10, housed in an Art Deco building dating from 1921. Originally a cinema, it later served as a film archive warehouse before reopening after reconstruction in 2021. The centre was founded by three Prague cultural organisations: theatre company VOSTO5, baroque orchestra Collegium 1704, and Kino Pilotů. It hosts concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions and other live arts, and includes the Vzlet Café on site.
