About: Razorlight

Formed in London in 2002 by vocalist and guitarist Johnny Borrell, Razorlight is a British-Swedish indie rock outfit. The band achieved major success with their 2006 self-titled album, which topped the UK charts and received five-times platinum certification; the track "America" emerged as a signature anthem of mid-2000s indie rock. The original members - Borrell, guitarist Björn Ågren, bassist Carl Dalemo and drummer Andy Burrows - reunited after an extended hiatus to record Planet Nowhere, released in October 2024 and marking their first collaborative effort since 2008.
