Jazz vocalist Barbora Vagnerova performs her Blue Notes project at the legendary Reduta Jazz Club in Prague.

About the venue: Reduta Jazz Club

Reduta Jazz Club is the oldest jazz club in Prague, opened in 1957 on Národní street near the National Theatre. It gained worldwide fame when U.S. President Bill Clinton played saxophone here during a jam session in 1994. The programme features jazz, swing, Dixieland, blues, funk, soul and big band shows; the club has repeatedly been named among the Top 10 jazz clubs in Europe by The Guardian.

About: Barbora Vágnerová

Barbora Vágnerová is a Prague-based vocalist rooted in jazz, blues and swing. She has a long-running partnership with the J. J. Jazzmen band, with whom she recorded the album "Do they play jazz in heaven?" on the Czech Radio label. Her live appearances include the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and top Prague clubs such as Jazz Dock and Reduta.
