Jindrich Sidlo and Michael Rozsypal: I Remember It All

A debate between two journalists about their joint book and current events in the world. Jindrich Sidlo has been following Czech politics, media and public discourse for over thirty years - he has worked in various types of media and is today one of the most followed Czechs on social network X. He discussed all of this thoroughly with journalist Michael Rozsypal in the book interview "I Remember It All".

Jindrich Sidlo - journalist, moderator and screenwriter. He worked for nine years (1992-2001) at the weekly magazine Respekt, then as a reporter at MF DNES and led domestic news at Hospodarske noviny and Czech Television. Since 2016 he has worked as a commentator at Seznam Zpravy, where he hosts the satirical programmes "Happy Monday" and "Happy Podcast". Since 2021 he has also been a co-author of the podcast "Dobrovsky & Sidlo". Winner of the Ferdinand Peroutka Prize (2007) and the Journalism Prize for Best Commentary (2013).

Michael Rozsypal - journalist and moderator, graduate of political science at Charles University. He led interviews and public debates on Czech Radio Plus for eight years, and moderated on DVTV for two years. Since spring 2023 he has worked freelance and creates the talkshow "Michael's Mashup". Every Friday he moderates the programme "Personality Plus" on Czech Radio Plus and focuses on political specials, conferences and debates throughout the country.
