In a futuristic Shanghai, humans and sea creatures live in a fragile symbiosis. Stefan, a shy ship engineer, struggles through a ruthless corporate hierarchy that ignores his visionary ideas – until an unexpected proposal from Princess ChaO, daughter of the sea king Neptune himself, changes everything.

The couple suddenly finds themselves in the spotlight and an emotional whirlwind on a wild journey to find mutual closeness, intimacy, and self-acceptance.
