Exhibition marking the 90th anniversary of the opening of Masarykův kulturní dům in Mělník, organized in cooperation with the State District Archive Mělník.

The exhibition features photographs from theatrical performances spanning 1936–2026.

About the venue: Masarykův kulturní dům

A functionalist building from 1935-1936, designed by local architects Josef Širc, Bedřich Zeman and Jan Bohuslav Zelený, it was conceived from the outset as a memorial to T. G. Masaryk and the town's fallen soldiers from World War I. It has been a state-protected cultural monument since 2008. The building now houses Mělnické kulturní centrum - Mekuc, which stages theatre, concerts, film screenings and educational programmes for all ages.
