Elimon FRESH festival Pardubice 2026

Elimon FRESH festival 2026 is a celebration of good food and drink with a tradition dating back to 2011. In Pardubice, it takes place at the Racecourse (Pražská 607) on the weekend of May 23–24, 2026. Saturday's programme coincides with the first qualifying round for the 135th Grand Pardubická Steeplechase. Visitors can enjoy legendary restaurants — Long Story Short, awarded Bib Gourmand by Michelin, YAMAYA by chef Marek Hora, and DIAN with chef Petr Brňák. The main stage will feature Zdeněk Pohlreich, Pavel Berky, Adam Rundus, Mirka van Gils Slavíková, Twí, Petja Fonda and others. A highlight of this year is FABINI Cooking School — a chance to cook alongside top chefs — and a beer-pouring school in partnership with Štatl and Bohém breweries. Also available are Heinz Grill Academy, the Asian zone Wok & Spices, and culinary competitions for the best burger stand. Families with children can enjoy the Elimon zone featuring free ice cream, an inflatable obstacle course and children's attractions. Saturday evening (from 20:00) concludes with an open-air concert Tribute to Legends as part of the Culture Under the Stars project — musical theatre stars Marian Vojtko, Bohuš Matuš, Pavlína Ďuriačová, Michaela Pecháčková, Peter Pecha and Milan Peroutka will perform hits by Karel Gott, Waldemar Matuška and Věra Špinarová. Dogs are welcome (leash required). The venue operates on a cashless basis.
