Tribute to Zuzana Navarova: Jazz Elements

The band Tribute to Zuzana Navarova was formed in 2017 from the original Jazz Elements band, which has been active on the Czech music scene since 2015. At one of their concerts, they played several songs by the bands Nerez and Koa – and the success was so great that they decided to continue with this project.

At their concerts, songs by Nerez and Koa are performed by a six-member ensemble led by Barbora Cervinkova. The band consists of professional musicians who all sing and create the multi-part harmonies for which Nerez was famous. Tomas Pecka and Standa Sedivý play guitars, Tonda Jina plays drums, Nick Arthofer handles trumpet and percussion, and Honza Neruda plays fretless bass. The concerts are interactive – the audience sings throughout and dances at the end.
