A full-weekend dog event for professionals, amateurs, and the general public held in the picturesque landscape of Kružberk and its surroundings. Take your four-legged companion out of the city and enjoy an active weekend in nature.

About the venue: Kružberk

Kružberk is a small village in the Opava District, set above the Moravice river valley in the Nízký Jeseník hills, about 19 km southwest of Opava. It became widely known after the completion of the Kružberk reservoir (1948-1955), which supplies drinking water to the Opava and Ostrava regions. The surrounding area offers medieval castle ruins, the Čermákova nature trail along the Moravice valley, and the Hlavní skála climbing rock. The village sits on the boundary of the Moravice Nature Park.

Routes: BABY (5 km), MINI (10 km), SHORT (20 km), MID (40 km), LONG (80 km)
Entry fee from 550 CZK (price from previous year, verify on website for 2026)
Entry for unregistered visitors is voluntary
Competitors must have a dog in a pulling harness and on a shock-absorbing leash
Pregnant and nursing females and dogs with cropped ears are not allowed to participate in the race
Recommended: tent and sleeping bag - weekend event with possibility of overnight stay in the area
