Lucie Hošková – Fire of the Mind

An exhibition of paintings by Lucie Hošková inspired by the experimental music of the group Coil. The artist approaches her work as an occult ritual, exploring the collision of opposing schemas between matter and decay, existence and non-being. Her works draw from the mythology of William Blake and the visionary experiences of saints Hildegard and Teresa.
