Family Workshop: Impressions of Prager's Blocks
CAMP - Centre for Architecture and Urban Planning, Prague
How can you capture architecture in a way other than with a pencil or camera?
This workshop introduces cyanotype — a historical photographic technique that creates images in deep blue. It focuses on buildings and the site of architect Karel Prager's work, whose 25th death anniversary falls on May 31st. Participants will examine the shapes, elements, and details of Prager's structures and use light, shadows, and various materials to create impressions and compose their own works.
The workshop lasts 2 hours (14:00–16:00) and is designed for children aged 5–9 accompanied by parents. One reservation covers one child including their guardian. Each participant takes home an original artwork.
