About the venue: Rudolfinum

The Rudolfinum is a neo-Renaissance cultural monument on Alšovo nábřeží in Prague 1, built between 1876 and 1884 by architects Josef Zítek and Josef Schulz. Since 1992 it has been the home of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, whose main stages are Dvořák Hall and Suk Hall. The building also houses Galerie Rudolfinum, focused on contemporary art, and serves as the centre of the Prague Spring and Dvořák Praha festivals.

He has worked with leading European ensembles and is particularly known for his interpretations of Baroque repertoire, including works by J. S. Bach, G. F. Händel, and G. Ph. Telemann.
