Chris Potter Trio (USA)

Saxophonist Chris Potter, a Grammy-nominated artist, is one of the most prominent figures on the contemporary jazz scene — as a soloist, composer, and bandleader. His latest project is a trio with bassist Matt Brewer and drummer Kendrick Scott.

Matt Brewer, known for his work with Pat Metheny and Esperanza Spalding, brings a deep, resonant tone and precise rhythmic articulation to the ensemble. Kendrick Scott, a drummer and composer who has performed with Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter, completes the trio with dynamic and expressive playing.
