Brunch with New Plays + Evald Schorm Prize

To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Divadlo LETÍ presents a special edition of its "Dinner with New Plays" cycle — this time outdoors and in brunch format. Over the course of one afternoon, audiences will see several new plays and enjoy a varied brunch.

The programme includes a showcase of the winning text of the Evald Schorm Prize and new plays from the young authors' workshop led by David Košťák — by Adéla Holemá, Barbara Janečková, and Šimon Lorek. The afternoon will also feature the announcement of the winners of the Evald Schorm Prize, which the Dilia agency awards to students.

The Evald Schorm Prize supports young playwrights and translators and enables their works to reach a broader theatrical context. Along with the Alfred Radok Prize, it is among the most respected awards in the Czech Republic and abroad.

The "Brunch with New Plays" project is realized with financial support from the supervisory board of the Dilia Agency.
