Stamp Collection Game Fairy-tale Krkonoše 2026

The Fairy-tale Krkonoše stamp collection game is a family adventure across the entire Krkonoše region, organized by the Krkonoše Destination Company. The game takes participants through forty-four tourist destinations across the region — from mountain ridges and foothills to museums, swimming pools, bobsled runs, and indoor attractions for bad weather. Highlights include the Tree Canopy Trail in Janské Lázně, the Krkonoše Museum in Vrchlabí, Rautis in Poniká, and Harrachov Glassworks. At each location marked with a Fairy-tale Krkonoše sticker, children and adults stamp an original wooden stamp into a colourful activity booklet filled with tasks, quizzes, colouring pages, and hiking tips. You can buy the booklet at any stamp location or at Krkonoše information centres. Collected stamps earn rewards: 3 stamps get you a wooden bookmark with a wolf, 5 stamps earn a rope backpack with Krakonoš, 10 stamps bring a headband with an original mountain motif, and 20 stamps reward you with a fairy-tale book about Krakonoš and a wooden medal. Stamps accumulate — you can earn each reward gradually. Participants with 10 or 20 stamps also enter a draw for vouchers worth 3,333 CZK for services at St. Francis Resort in Špindlerův Mlýn. The game runs year-round, with peak season from May to October. The booklet can be used over multiple years as stamps are collected progressively.
