Lieutenant Frank Drebin (Liam Neeson) inherited his police approach from his father – a legend of the force from the original Naked Gun series. He follows one simple rule: for cops, no rules apply. He gets what seems like a mundane case – a suicide that stinks. Beth (Pamela Anderson), the victim's sister, insists her brother would never have killed himself, and after some flirting, Drebin sets out on the trail of a cunning criminal.

The trail leads through the darkest corners of the underworld to the most powerful. Frank doesn't overthink it – he arrests, shoots, accuses, and loads up on hot dogs.
