Monday – Dance: Žižkostel in Motion 2026

The third edition of the Žižkostel in Motion festival runs from July 20–24 in the main hall of Žižkostel. In addition to workshops for adults, it offers daily afternoon classes for parents with children. The programme brings together contemporary dance, voice work, contact and theatrical improvisation, new circus, and movement theatre — the festival brings prominent figures from the Czech independent scene to Žižkov, including Ridina Ahmedová, Věra Ondrašíková, and Alžběta Tichá.

All-day admission grants access to all workshops. Monday programme:

- Michaela Stará: Dance & Rhythm – 16:30–18:00
- David Králík: Dance Training and Improvisation – 18:15–19:45
- Michaela Kadlčíková: Contemporary – 20:00–21:30
