30 Days for Earth at Zoo Liberec

An annual environmental challenge organized by Zoo Liberec and the Ecological Education Centre DIVIZNA, running from April 18 to May 17, 2026, in celebration of International Earth Day (April 22). The challenge offers 30 different inspirations and activities beneficial to the environment – such as cycling or walking to work or school, shopping at local farmers' markets, collecting litter in your neighbourhood, starting a flower bed, reducing meat consumption, or observing nature. Each challenge has two difficulty levels: basic (brown) and advanced (green). Participants can start anytime during the month, and there is no limit to the number of challenges completed per day. Participants can join in two categories: individuals, families, or groups of friends, or school classes, clubs, groups, or teams. Those who complete and properly document at least 5 tasks are entered into a prize draw – individuals can win 4 free tickets to Zoo Liberec, while groups can win free admission with a guided tour or a package of nature-study materials from the Ecological Education Centre DIVIZNA (nature book, identification keys, net, canvas bag). Every participant also receives an original thank-you certificate with Zoo Liberec graphics. Results are submitted by May 27, 2026, via Google Form or email. The event is free and organized by Zoo Liberec in cooperation with the Ecological Education Centre DIVIZNA Liberec.
