Pavilion, Ostrava
100 Kč · ≈ 4.1 €
The opening of the Summer in the Centre 2026 festival will be dedicated to children – an afternoon themed around classic Czech cartoons such as Rákosníček, Bob and Bobek, and Little Witch.
You can look forward to creative activities, games, and other activities for children and adults. Children will collect stamps on game cards, and for completing them will receive a small prize. You will receive a card for a symbolic entrance fee of 100 CZK.
The event takes place in an open outdoor space – the organizers cannot provide seating for everyone, so please bring your own. Food and drinks are provided by the Pavilon bistro; please leave your own supplies at home.
Summer in the Centre events take place outdoors and are weather-dependent. In case of expected storms or rain, they will not take place – follow current information on the social media of Summer in the Centre and Pavilon. Summer cinemas are cancelled without replacement; for concerts, the organizers will attempt to find an alternative date (purchased tickets can be refunded at the point of sale); theatres, podcasts, and discussions will be moved to Pant Centre in such cases. If the event is cancelled during the proceedings, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee. Programme changes are reserved.
