Courage in Despair

Predictions of irreversible climate change are coming true faster and faster, sometimes even outpacing the most pessimistic scenarios. What people once considered a threat for the end of the century was waiting around the corner. The future has become the present.

We find ourselves in the 2030s: humanity exists, but is dying out. Funeral feasts are becoming increasingly sparse. At one of them, distant relatives Ema and Samuel meet.
