The exhibition explores the dialogue between art and print media from the 19th century to the present day. It presents works from the Annette and Peter Nobel Collection that critically examine the role of media in shaping society and their influence on visual art.

About the venue: dox

DOX is an independent centre for contemporary art, architecture and design in Prague's Holešovice district, opened in 2008 in a converted 19th-century industrial complex designed by architect Ivan Kroupa. Its 6,000 m² of space hosts exhibitions, lectures, discussions and performances. The venue also includes the DOX+ multifunctional hall (capacity 450–700), a café, bookstore and design shop, and a wooden airship structure on the roof.
