Sound Bath & Aromatherapy for Women

An evening for women combining a sound bath, guided meditation, and aromatherapy. The programme begins with a cup of blue lotus tea, continues with a sound bath using crystal bowls and other instruments, guided meditation, and concludes with a closing aromatherapy ritual using essential oils. After the session, there is space for sharing in a circle – participation is optional. The event is suitable for beginners as well.

Takes place on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 from 17:15, lasting approximately 2.5 hours. Location: AgGaia Jogadomek, Prague 21 – Újezd nad Lesy, 190 16. Places are limited. Bring: comfortable clothing and socks.

⚠️ Blue lotus tea is not suitable for pregnant women, children, or people with liver, kidney, or psychiatric conditions.
