The fifth Museum Night is approaching and will celebrate the anniversary of the railway's creation in Uhříněves and preparations for a permanent exhibition. There will be plenty of entertainment for both children and adults. June 5 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. in and around the Uhříněves Museum and Library.

About the venue: Museum of Prague

The Museum of Prague is a city-funded institution documenting the history of Prague from prehistoric times to the present, founded in 1881. Its main building on Florenc was built in Neo-Renaissance style to a design by architect Antonín Balšánek and opened in 1900; after a five-year reconstruction it reopened in early 2026. The most prized exhibit is Antonín Langweil's hand-crafted paper model of Prague from the first half of the 19th century. The museum also manages several other sites, including Clam-Gallas Palace, the House at the Golden Ring, Müller Villa, and Ctěnice Château.
