The Festival of Science, Magic and Dreams takes place on 28 June from 13:00 in Trutnovský lesopark. This is the first edition of an event designed for children and adults.

The centrepiece of the festival is an experiential trail approximately 2 km long, where visitors will encounter various characters and stop at several stations: Science, Dream Catcher Workshop, Bubble Laboratory, Dance Meadow, Hajánek, and face painting.

Admission on site: child 150 CZK (includes a small prize), adult 90 CZK.

About the venue: Trutnov Forest Park

The Trutnovský lesopark extends from the city park founded in 1890 on the slopes of Janský vrch and Šibeník hills, on the site of a battle fought during the Austro-Prussian War on 27 June 1866. The lower section is laid out in French style with an 1903 fountain featuring a stone dragon, while the middle section follows the English landscape tradition with a group of petrified trees. The forest park covers over 130 hectares of maintained paths, shelters with fireplaces, and views across the Krkonoše mountains.
