A comedy based on a French original, among the most frequently performed plays in contemporary European theatre. What seems like a peaceful family dinner turns into a brilliant verbal sparring match the moment the expectant father announces the name he wants to give his son. Rapid-fire dialogue and gradually revealed family relationships create situations where masks fall and long-hidden secrets come to light. The cast includes Petr Stach, Jan Dolanský, Linda Rybová, Jana Janěková ml., and Petr Lněnička.
The performance takes place on Monday, 22 June, doors open at 19:00, curtain at 20:00. Admission: 490 CZK in advance, 590 CZK on the day of the event.
In case of rainy weather, the performance will be moved to the cultural centre with a start time 15 minutes later. Any change of venue will be announced in the afternoon on the day of the event at www.hvezdynahrade.cz and on Facebook.
