Tatsuya Yoshida (Ruins) presents: Tatsuya Yoshida & Risa Takeda

Tatsuya Yoshida — drummer and founder of the groups Ruins and Kōenji Hyakkei, collaborator of Fred Frith, John Zorn, Derek Bailey and Bill Laswell — comes to Punctum in a duo with keyboardist Risa Takeda, who currently attracts the greatest attention on Tokyo's improvisation scene.

Their music is highly structured yet entirely improvised, moving between contemporary music, progressive rock, classical music and jazz. Despite being a duo, they are able to captivate the audience with the energy and sonic power of two large ensembles.

The concert takes place as part of their very first European tour.
