Young People Tune In to Children: Interactive Concert with Oran Etkin and Band

Young People Tune In to Children has been organizing interactive educational concerts using the Timbalooloo music method for twelve years. The method's creator is Grammy Award-winning Israeli-American jazz musician Oran Etkin. The program is designed for children aged 3 to 10 and is part of the Young People Tune In to Children educational initiative within the international festival Young People Tune In to Jazz.

Through games, stories, and songs, Oran Etkin demonstrates that music is accessible to everyone — children actively participate in the performance without any knowledge of music theory or instrumental skills. "A child is capable of speaking the language of music fluently without having to think about grammatical rules," says Oran Etkin about the project.
