The Blansko Museum is presenting an exhibition titled Treasures of Blansko Castles. The exhibition is part of the Mysterious Places project, which offers a completely new perspective on the cultural heritage of the South Moravian Region.

About the venue: Blansko Museum

Muzeum Blanenska occupies Blansko Castle, a Renaissance building from around 1600 that stands on the site of a medieval stronghold dating to the 13th century. The museum has been a contributory organisation of the South Moravian Region since 2016, continuing a local museum tradition that goes back to the 19th century. Its permanent exhibitions cover the prehistory and archaeology of the Blansko area, the history of Moravian Karst exploration, and the production of Blansko artistic cast iron. The programme also includes seasonal exhibitions, courtyard concerts, lectures and school educational activities.
