Repo Man

Repo Man is a wild ride that many consider one of the peaks of punk cinema. Nonconformist director Alex Cox crafted an unbridled work featuring brilliant performances by Emilio Estevez and Harry Dean Stanton.

Otto, a burnt-out rocker fed up with consumer culture and stacking boxes at a supermarket, decides to abandon his future, quit his job, and take on an unconventional gig as a debt collector. But he has no idea what awaits him in this new line of work.

The so-called "Repo Men" inhabit a jungle where nothing makes sense, everyone is at each other's throats, and conspiracy is everywhere - strange cosmic forces seem to intervene in their lives, forces Otto once read about only in fringe magazines. Still, he must quickly navigate this bizarre world and start dealing with his first unwilling customers, who - like their repossessed cars - are far from normal.
