22 Pools

Every day of Tilda's life as a student is planned down to the minute. Prepare breakfast for her younger sister Ida. Take her to school. Work. Lectures. The pool - the only place where she can quiet all the worries in her head. And then comes the only unpredictable part of her day: her mother. What state will alcoholic Andrea be in today? Unconscious on the floor? Aggressive? Or will she pretend once again that they are a happy family?

In this constant uncertainty, Tilda must decide whether to accept the opportunity to apply for a doctoral position in Berlin. But she cannot make this decision just as a talented student - she must make it as the only person her little sister can truly rely on.
