/KOMORNÍ/ Open Impro Jam
Jako doma pod věží, Frýdek-Místek
/KOMORNÍ/ - only 14 tickets available! A pre-Christmas dance and music gathering in a cosy café in Frýdek-Místek.
This is an improvisation evening where creation and connection emerge in the moment, without predetermined patterns. Musicians and dancers improvise directly in front of the audience and in close proximity - movement responds to music and music responds to movement.
The jam is divided into two parts with a short break. In the second half, anyone can join the creation - as a musician, dancer, or remain a spectator throughout. The expected end time is around 19:00. Don't forget to grab something good at the café.
The event is organized by drzost.cz. By attending, you agree to the possible recording of audiovisual material of your person.
What is open impro jam? Evenings where musicians and dancers create directly in front of the audience - their connection emerges through improvisation, mutual attunement, and the ability to let go in the present moment. Spectators can join the improvisation at any time. Live music meets contemporary dance at the intersection of physical theatre.
Similar evenings are lacking in the Moravian-Silesian region, so the organizers create them themselves - they want to make contemporary dance and contemporary creation accessible in the region and bring people together.
