Where she was born, she will no longer tolerate anything. So she sets out into the world. But life outside is no picnic. After a few wild escapades, she finally finds what others of her kind only dream of - love and a new home. She has no idea, however, that right next to her freshly laid eggs, a smuggler's den is hatching.

Hungarian provocateur György Pálfi tells a tragicomic parable about freedom, resistance to the system, and the desire for motherhood through the eyes of a feathered protagonist. This original dark-humored drama with an unexpected leading actress won an Honorable Mention at the Toronto Film Festival.
