Ian Burrell's presentation maps the history of rum through ten cocktails – each representing one chapter in the evolution of this spirit from colonial origins through trade and revolutions to contemporary creativity across the Caribbean and the world. Entry is free with a Rumfest ticket.
Rumfest 2026 offers hundreds of rums from around the world, rum and signature cocktails, fresh sugarcane juice, masterclasses, guided tastings, seminars with international guests, a Caribbean food court, Latin music, DJs, a live band, and a Latin dance school.
