Towards a New Era. Zdeněk Pešánek and the Legacy of Light

The exhibition commemorates the 130th anniversary of the birth of Zdeněk Pešánek, a pioneer of light-kinetic art, and the 30th anniversary of his major retrospective at the National Gallery in Prague. Pešánek's work is presented through original pieces, photographs, digital reproductions, and archival materials, which are placed in dialogue with the work of both emerging and established contemporary artists.
