Rufus Miller

British guitarist, singer and songwriter Rufus Miller returns to Humpolec in November. This time, as part of the Stripped Back Basement Tour, he will perform in a more intimate setting with Andy Thompson on bass guitar, presenting his work in a stripped-down format built primarily on distinctive guitar, voice and direct contact with the audience.

Rufus is the son of Dominic Miller, Sting's longtime guitarist, and spent six years performing in Sting's concert band. In his own work, he moves between alternative rock and psychedelia. His latest album Basement received significant media attention - Headliner magazine gave it a 90% review. His January concert at Palác Akropolis also drew attention, which the same magazine rated 85%.
