ARCHA+U: Drag Workshop

Three queer artists have joined forces to create a drag workshop for anyone interested in drag and queer art - whether you're exploring performance, makeup artistry, theatrical creation, or simply want to try drag and enjoy a creative process together.

The workshop is divided into two parts. The first, DRAG PERSONA / CHARACTER, focuses on creating a drag persona, exploring different variations and characters, and using them on stage and social media. It is led by Martin "Venice" Talaga, founder of PINKBUS Platform.

The second part, MAKE-UP & LIP SYNC, guides participants through the complete drag makeup process - from covering eyebrows through contouring to the final "stage-ready" look - followed by a lip sync class. It is led by Scott "TONIC" Tait, founder of House of Garbáge and producer of the drag show Queeriety.

At the end, participants will have the opportunity to perform as part of the evening show "Večer slovenský a žiadny iný" in the Small Hall of ARCHA+ and test their newly acquired skills on stage.
