A situational comedy about a dinner invitation and a confusion of languages. Some are facing marriage, others perhaps divorce – and a shared gathering can turn everything upside down. One small misunderstanding leads to absurd situations.
"Benátky pod sněhem" tells the story of one evening with friends that confronts two young couples with the reality and falsity of their love. The play is by Gilles Dyrek, a renowned creator of modern comedies, whose style is characterized by exaggeration, wit, and a satirical view of naivety in solving everyday problems.
