Zlatka Bartošková

Zlatka Bartošková is one of the most distinctive interpreters of contemporary chanson, known for her unmistakable style, powerful voice, and energy. All her songs are created in collaboration with lyricists and composers who write specifically for her.

She performs in concert halls and music cafes throughout the Czech Republic. She is accompanied by an ensemble featuring Petr Ožana (piano), Zuzana Grosmanová (violin), and František Raba (double bass). Together they create a unique musical work at each performance.

The current programme draws primarily from her seventh album "Before I Greet the Angel" (2023), though songs from her previous releases will also be featured. This album is considered one of the finest works in her career and was created in collaboration with pianist and composer Petr Ožana, who wrote all the songs on the record.
