Aleksandra Kossowska – Place of Shelter at the North Bohemian Museum in Liberec

The exhibition "Place of Shelter" documents the conditions of everyday life in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022, when part of that life moved underground.

The series traces the transformation of cellars, basements, and technical corridors into air-raid shelters and captures their evolution from temporary refuges to semi-permanent structures.
