This time the guests are two doctors who have taken completely different paths. Marcell actively practiced medicine before deciding to pursue a music career. Pediatrician Cyril Matějka continues to practice medicine while also working in show business - on Instagram he entertains and educates through his profile Cyril Děckař, which is followed by hundreds of thousands of people. This episode will include a practical demonstration with a child mannequin and a musical performance.

Mashup is an unconventional format that combines serious questions with lighter segments. Much of the programme is shaped by the audience members themselves, who are close to the guests - it's a mashup of guests, genres, and stage with auditorium. Audience members can become part of the show, learn something new, and meet the guests at an after party following the performance.
