Miracles Without Special Effects
Prague, 2026. The city lives an ordinary life: people rush to work, meet in bars, fall in love, quarrel, search for themselves. And only sometimes in this familiar reality does something happen that is hard to explain.
A man who cannot see himself comes to the Healer Witch and her talking Owl - he must pass three trials to regain the ability to see himself. A girl learning to be a good Witch knows how to sell amazing things: courage, a sense of humour, confidence, kindness. But one day a man comes to her wanting to buy true love, and while she tries to understand if such magic exists, her bartender friend dreams of her own miracle. Meanwhile, a young female detective and her assistant, who cannot figure herself out, try to expose the mysterious Gardener Witch - but the investigation is not going according to plan.
Three stories, three strange routes: the Healer, the Witch, the Gardener, the talking Owl, love that cannot be bought, and people who must do what they never expected of themselves. All of this - here and now, in Prague.
An original collage performance by the SMYSL theatre about how real miracles are born in ordinary Prague 2026 - not those that sparkle on screen, but those born from human encounters, mistakes, and the courage to be yourself.
