Martin Filippi: Word Play

A full-length stand-up comedy show by Martin Filippi.

Audience will hear a stream of wordplay and jokes on topics like relationships, family, health, the Czech language, and baldness. His girlfriend's name will come up in every other sentence - by then she'll be his wife, but Martin will probably struggle to remember to call her that. Not that he'll forget she's his wife, but that he's supposed to call her that now.

The show runs 90 minutes and features both new and tried-and-tested jokes. Basic knowledge of Czech is expected from the audience - foreigners and Gen Z risk boredom at their own risk. The word "jářku" will be heard, but there's minimal profanity otherwise.
