Little Amélie

Amélie is a three-year-old girl convinced of her own omnipotence. Her desire to understand the mystery of her own existence awakens when she tastes chocolate for the first time - and so begins a journey into a child's soul. Through a deep bond with her nanny, Amélie discovers who she is and what place she has in a world that cannot be bent to her whims.

The film captivates with animation and a world of fantasy that reflects how children perceive reality, while inviting adults to see the world through a child's eyes. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, won awards at the Annecy Animation Film Festival, and was nominated for an Oscar, Golden Globe, and César.
